I was a customer of Ultra Guard for over 20 years. Great service. Anytime I had a problem with my system, it was taken care of immediately. I was always suprised by the level of customer service. I don't currently have an alarm system, but if I did, I would use Ultra Guard.

Your technician convinced me to install an additional smoke detector. At the time, I thought it was overkill, but it was that very device the detected smoke early enough to alert me to take prompt and positive action. It was that early detection that made the difference between oil smoke damage and the probable extensive damage or loss of our home. I can’t thank you and your staff enough for going that extra measure and doing a wonderfully thorough job of design and installation.
